Drama Camp

I did a week long drama camp with Legacy productions. It was so much fun I loved it. We put on the Wizard of Oz at the end of the week. Here's our directors.

Happy birthday Daniel

Daniel's birthday was June 21 and we celebrated it at the beach.Daniel loves to look for shells on the beach.

He has such a great smile

Daniel is a very sweet and caring boy. He loves to play dress up and do crafts. I love you so much Daniel. Happy Birthday

Beach Trip

We went to the beach with my Grandparents and my Aunt and Uncle and their cousins. This is onw of the the super sandcastles that was built. Eliana loved the beach and liked being pulled on the boogie board.

We got to play some football there.

Me and my cousin Keri loved to dig out of the sand walls at the river and make funiture. Here is our sand bed.

It was a great time.

Camp: Day 4

Day 4: Spiders
We started the day with a devotion and then we learned a little bit about the different kinds of spiders. One of my favorites was the insect memicking spider. It takes it front legs and puts them by its head so that it looks like an insect. Pretty cool right?
Then we split into our groups and the older kids went to the backyard to talk some more about spiders. We then had snack. The snack was rice cakes with peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, and chocolate spread on the top with pretzels or carrots as legs and raisons as the eyes.
This was my yummy spider.

We then played a couple of games the first was where we took this huge nets that had tape on parts of it and throw cotten balls at it.

The second was that we had one person be the spider and sit in the middle and everyone else held on to a string and one person would wiggle thier string and the spider would try to figure out with their eyes closed which one it was.

This was the craft that was made. A spider glider. Lots of fun.

Camp: Day 3

Day 3: Ladybugs
We started the day with devotions story and learning about the different kinds of ladybugs. We split up and learned a little more about the ladybugs.

The snack was pizza lady bugs with grapes as aphids. Yum.

We played a game called ladybug landing, which was this ladybug bean bags and the leaf on a platform with a hole in the top. If you landed the ladybug upside down it was one point, if it was right side up you got all the spots as points such as a two-spotted lady bug gave you two points. If it landed in the hole upside down you got ten points and if it was in the hole right side up you got ten plus the number of spots.

We also got to make ladybug houses. They are so cute. I am really hoping to get a ladybug in my house.

The last thing we did was another fun game we had two teams and part of the team was on one end throwing the aphids and ladybug eggs (water ballons) and the part of the team was on the other side catching the ballons and in the middle was a predator who tried to knock them down. The team with the most points at the end won.

We finished with a water ballon fight with the left over ballons.
